Since the last Newsletter was released, we have added several new Choctaw Beef partners: B-Rays BBQ, located in Durant, Three Rivers Meat Company in Smithville and Choctaw Landing in Hochatown are all offering Choctaw Beef— either on their menus as a fully cooked item, or fresh at their retail counters.
Since the launch over a year ago of our Choctaw Beef freezer beef program, we’ve received many questions about how purchases in smaller, retail-cut quantities can be made. These new partnerships – along with our existing one with Coalgate Travel Plaza – will hopefully help to meet these needs and continue to grow Choctaw Beef’s market-share.
